    NuCentury requires that all staff and operators be courteous, well-mannered and well presented at all times. The majority of staff are on the NuCentury Payroll rather then hired as a Sub-contractor to ensure ‘ownership’ of the company standards and ethics. Any Sub-contractors used for specialised services are required to comply with NuCentury's Policies & Procedures.

    As a mid- sized national company you will have direct access to the principal. We require all staff and operators be courteous, well-mannered and well presented.   • Reporting and Technology

    Our services are inspected using customised software solutions via mobile devices to make sure they are performed to above industry standards and to specific site requirements. We can alter the level of reporting that the client needs – in terms of detail and frequency. Inspection results are available for review and monitor the services provided.

  • Resources

    We can efficiently handle all situations, whenever and wherever they arise. State based Operations Managers and the General Manager are all contactable via after hours call numbers. Qualified personnel are readily available as a backup service to cope with an emergency which may arise.

  • Training

    Our in house training is sophisticated and extensive. While all staff are vigorously trained, we place great emphasis on site specific training. We provide our clients with staff who are trained in the most up to date cleaning procedures as part of our commitment to minimising your exposure to risk.
